Job summary

Montefiore, a Sydney-based aged care provider with a 135-year history, seeks an Executive Care Manager to lead our 60-bed dementia-specific service across two Randwick floors. The role combines operational and clinical leadership of nursing and the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and strong resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Post-graduate experience in aged care management.
• Strong leadership within aged care and dementia settings.
• Knowledge of dementia care best practice, standards and legislation.
• Ability to coach and develop interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership to nursing and the interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee budgets, staffing rosters and resource allocation.
• Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident outcomes.
