Job summary

Training & Compliance Officer at Qantas Group/National Jet Systems will coordinate and manage all aspects of training for A220 Flight Crew and Cabin Crew, including initial and recurrent compliance requirements. The role oversees line flight proficiency checks, emergency procedures training, simulator and ground training, and medicals, ensuring records compliance.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in aviation-related rostering/training, strong CASA knowledge, and proven ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation rostering, training or operations.
• Knowledge of CASA regulations and aircrew awards.
• Familiarity with airline crew management systems and data records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training for A220 Flight and Cabin Crew (initial and recurrent).
• Oversee rostering amendments and ensure compliance with industrial agreements and CASA rules.
• Maintain training programs, records, and documentation (manual and electronic).
• Collaborate with Flight Operations, Standards and ROC and liaise with CASA as needed.
