Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within food production, manufacturing, or high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and compliance standards.
• Experience with rostering and resource planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma experience is advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day assembly and packing operations
• Ensure all flights are packed accurately and delivered on time
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and labour allocation
• Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve targets
• Assist with rostering and tracking production timings
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with Production, Compliance, and Logistics teams, and support documentation, audits, and reporting
