Job summary

We are a well-established Australian RTO on the Gold Coast seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess the AMP30815 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher).

You will deliver workplace-based training, support apprentices and employers, and maintain compliance, with opportunities to contribute to validation and continuous improvement. Flexible work arrangements and a supportive team environment are available.

Qualifications

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
• Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or higher
• Current retail butchery industry experience
• Experience delivering and assessing nationally recognised training
• Good computer and communication skills
• Flexible work arrangements

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess AMP30815 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher)
• Conduct workplace visits and student assessments
• Support apprentices and employers throughout the training journey
• Maintain accurate training and assessment records
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities
