CPB Contractors is seeking a Traffic & Permits Administrator to coordinate traffic management requirements, secure permits, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and safety compliance. This is an office-based administration role suitable for detail-oriented individuals with strong organisational and communication skills.

You will work in a fast-paced project environment, coordinating with traffic control providers and local authorities to keep works moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration-based roles with external coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of road/civil and transport regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with traffic control providers and manage permits and road occupancy approvals.
• Liaise with local councils, government authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor permit compliance and maintain accurate project records.
• Assist project teams to minimise disruptions and maintain program delivery.
