Launch Housing in Melbourne seeks a part-time Tenancy Plus Case Manager to deliver client-centred tenancy support and case management. You will work with public and community housing tenants to sustain tenancies, addressing issues such as arrears, hoarding, and tenancy disputes.

The role requires social services experience, knowledge of tenancy laws, and strong collaboration with partner agencies. A Victorian driver’s license is mandatory and the program operates across urban Melbourne.

Competenze

• Experience in client facing human services or social work.
• Qualification in Social Work/Psychology or related discipline (desirable).
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act, VCAT, and housing policies.
• High initiative and organizational/time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with other organisations to achieve client outcomes.
• Valid Victorian driver’s license (mandatory).
• Commitment to Launch Housing values and ending homelessness.
