Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support NDIS participants across early years, school‑aged children and adults. You will work within a MDT, delivering engaging therapy and adapting to work across clinic, home and community settings.

You will be registered with Speech Pathology Australia and bring a passion for improving communication, feeding and overall wellbeing. Flexible hours and hybrid work options are available in Hobart and across Australia.

Qualifications

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
• Interest in early intervention, school-age literacy and AAC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech language services to children and adults with a disability.
• Support early years caseload and school-aged literacy/AAC work.
• Collaborate with the MDT to plan goals and track progress.
• Dysphagia management and mealtime assessments as needed.
