Job summary

Therapy Connect is seeking Speech Pathologists of all experience levels for Steps2Life clinics across NSW. You will deliver engaging, person-centred speech pathology services in clinic, home, school and telehealth settings.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, contractor and graduate roles with hybrid or work-from-home options. Competitive salary (AUD 85,000–115,000 plus super) and a supportive, multidisciplinary team are provided to foster development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility and a relevant tertiary qualification.
• New graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
• Driver licence and willingness to travel between service locations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, person-centred speech pathology services in clinic, homes, schools, community settings and via telehealth.
• Caseload includes children, adolescents and adults with communication, speech, language, literacy and social-communication needs; collaborate with other clinicians.
