Job summary

National 360 in Perth’s northern suburbs is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide care to NDIS, aged care and private clients, with flexibility to work from home and in the Leederville office. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, including language, swallowing and paediatrics, with telehealth options and regular supervision, career progression support and a strong focus on work-life balance.

NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (required).
• Current SPA Registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Graduate-ready in 2027 or 1+ years in community/private/acute settings.
• Own vehicle and current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across language, swallowing, dysphagia, paediatrics and generalist areas.
• Deliver services via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions (Perth).
• Receive regular supervision and career progression support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs and physios to impact the community.
• Participate in team social events and maintain a positive workplace culture.
