Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our national NDIS division in New South Wales. You will work with a diverse caseload of clients aged 0–65 across homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, and telehealth, delivering client-centred assessments and therapy.

You will be supported by a large, collaborative team of over 60 Speech Pathologists, with flexible work arrangements, potential part-time options, admin support, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration (or eligibility).
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Relevant checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions
