Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team across multiple locations in Western Australia. The role involves assessments and therapeutic interventions for participants aged 0–65+ in clinic and community settings, with NDIs funding where applicable.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team and report to the MDT, focusing on language, social communication and swallowing skills. The position is full-time and permanent, offering a salary between $80,000 and $120,000 plus

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• 1+ years post-qualification experience (3+ years for Senior positions).
• Own car and valid driver's licence.
• Speech Pathology Australia Registration, Police Check, Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and design therapy plans for participants aged 0–65+, including neurological conditions.
• Provide assessments and therapeutic interventions in community and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, OT and Positive Behaviour Support practitioners.
• Document progress and communicate with families, carers and MDT.
