We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Perth.

You’ll have the autonomy to structure your week, flexibility for work-from-home admin, and the support of experienced clinicians who genuinely value collaboration and growth.

  • Early-career Speech Pathologists: Supported to manage mixed caseloads while developing clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assessments and therapy for children and/or adults across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
  • Collaborate with in-house OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Psychologists
  • Document and manage cases efficiently using streamlined practice software
  • Educate and empower clients, families, and caregivers to support carryover beyond sessions
  • Contribute to a supportive learning environment — share insights or learn from senior clinicians
