Ability Action Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing South Perth team, offering flexible full-time or part-time roles and a chance to tailor a caseload to your passions and career goals.

You’ll deliver services in homes, schools, and the local community, with support to work across metro and regional settings, including optional FIFO trips to expand your experience, while enjoying supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
• A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
• An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload
• Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
