Canterbury League Club in Sydney's Canterbury region seeks reliable Kitchen Attendants to join a busy kitchen team. You will help maintain a clean, safe, high-volume kitchen environment and support a fast-paced hospitality operation.

You should have strong multitasking ability, willingness to learn, and Safe Food Handling Certification. The role requires flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Safe Food Handling Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen in line with Canterbury’s standards of excellence.
• Assisting the Chef team with preparation and general kitchen duties.
• Ensuring safe work practices with a focus on Work, Health and Safety.
• Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing facilities and associated kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrate understanding of food safety and Work, Health and Safety standards.
