Job summary

Soldier On in NSW is seeking a passionate kitchen team member for a busy restaurant environment. This role is more than dishwashing; you'll assist chefs with prep and cooking tasks, manage deliveries, and support safety and compliance.

You will work Monday-Thursday 12:30-8:30 and Friday 11-7 in Sydney's iconic building, with training provided and opportunities to grow within Catering operations.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or kitchen experience.
• Fast, efficient and eager to learn.
• Team-focused attitude with a love for great food.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and OHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting chefs with basic prep and cooking tasks.
• Putting deliveries away and maintaining stock areas.
• Completing compliance and safety paperwork.
• Washing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Supporting the team in all areas of kitchen operations.
