Job summary

The role includes assisting with mobility, completing documentation, and contributing to a compassionate care environment. Prior experience in aged care is highly regarded; a Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing is required.

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe personal care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain residents' independence and dignity.
• Support residents with mobility and safe transfers, and complete required documentation.
• Engage with residents in meaningful activities aligned with their needs and preferences.
