Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, hospitality or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Support chefs during meal service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organised and safe.
