Compass Group Pty Limited is hiring Kitchenhands for the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) in Canberra. Roles include Part-Time and Casual rosters within a structured kitchen environment, offering training and career development in Defence hospitality.

Qualifying candidates should have kitchen or food service experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. National Police Check and Defence clearance are required where applicable.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous kitchen, hospitality or food service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
