Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery as a must-have qualification.
• Experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Support kitchen operations including stock control and deliveries.
