Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a part-time Community Support Worker to join our Home Care team in Tea Gardens, NSW. You’ll help veterans and seniors stay safe and comfortable at home, following individual care plans and delivering respectful personal care and respite support.

We value a caring nature, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. A Certificate in IS/Aged Care/Disability, valid checks, and a driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability required.
• First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Police Check and/or NDIS check required; clearance verified before starting.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Provide respite care to give carers a break.
• Help clients stay active and connected in their community.
• Follow care plans to meet each person’s needs.
• Work as part of a team to provide the best support.
