Qualifications

• Certificate in health/aged care required or preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to follow care plans and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Provide respite care to give carers a break.
• Help clients stay active and connected in the community.
• Follow care plans to meet each person’s needs.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality support.
