RSL LifeCare Illawarra is seeking a Home Care - Community Support Worker to help veterans and seniors stay independent at home. You’ll provide personal care, respite support and help clients remain active in their community, following care plans to meet individual needs.

Qualifications
- Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability.
- Good communication with clients and team.
- Australian working rights.
- Valid driver’s licence and insured car.
- Police Check/NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Help people stay safe and comfortable at home.
- Provide respite care and personal care assistance.
- Help clients stay active and connected in the community.
- Follow care plans to meet each person’s needs.
- Work with the team to provide the best support.
