Charlestown Dental Surgery is seeking a friendly Senior Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. You will alternate between chairside assistance and front-desk reception, ensuring a smooth patient journey from check-in to departure.

Ideal candidates have dental assisting or reception experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and familiarity with dental software.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in dental assisting and/or reception preferred.
• Confident with dental practice management software.
• Calm, friendly manner with patients of all ages.
• Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients, manage appointment bookings and recalls
• Answer phone and email enquiries, handle patient records and billing
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment
• Maintain infection control standards
• Support a smooth, welcoming patient experience from arrival to departure
