Job summary

Visy Group in Canning Vale, WA, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will work around 15 hours a week with flexibility to suit school runs or other commitments.

You will provide excellent service to a broad customer base, handle orders, payments, deliveries and stock control, and you will benefit from full training, uniforms and PPE. SAP experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing high quality customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP (or similar) experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of service to retail, commercial and industrial customers - in person, on phone and by email.
• Order entry and verification.
• Processing payments in person and electronically.
• Organising and monitoring deliveries.
• Inventory tracking including stocktakes.
