Job summary

QLM Label Makers in Melbourne is seeking a capable operator to set up and run pouch-making machines, ensuring high-quality flexible packaging products for our clients.

You will monitor machine performance, perform basic adjustments, conduct quality checks, maintain a clean workspace, and participate in lean and safety initiatives while following WHS policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating pouch-making machines (preferred).
• Able to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Able to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic maths.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols.
