Job summary

Flexopack is seeking experienced Flexographic Printers and Trade Assistants for a full-time role in Luscombe. You will set up and operate high‑quality presses, perform plate mounting and pre-press work, and conduct QA checks to ensure colour accuracy and print quality.

The role requires reliability, teamwork and mechanical aptitude, with experience on plastic substrates being advantageous. Join our modern, temperature-controlled facility and grow with the business.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Flexographic Printers and Trade Assistants with a positive, “can-do” attitude to join our successful and growing team in Luscombe.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, run, and optimise all aspects of press production.

Plate mounting and pre-press preparation.

QA checks including colour matching and proofing.

General housekeeping and press area maintenance.

Roll loading and finished product preparation.
