Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria in Burwood East is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and deliver innovative learning solutions that build capability and confidence across the organisation.

You will work under the Manager, Talent Development to develop fit-for-purpose learning using adult learning theory, partner with subject matter experts, and create instructor-led, online and blended content to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Learning Design, Education or relevant discipline.
• Proven design experience in learning and development within a customer service or contact centre.
• Experience defining learning objectives and measures of learner outcomes.
• Multitasking, prioritising and problem solving with a customer focus.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert learning design guidance on delivery modalities, design processes and development approaches.
• Design, develop and create instructor-led, face-to-face and e-learning content that builds capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice on learning design to support a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to evaluation and regular reporting to track delivery and risks.
• Design, build and maintain learning assets for multiple delivery methods including storyboards, web content and interactive activities.
