Ability Action Australia is expanding its Adelaide team of 25+ Allied Health professionals to deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support for NDIS participants across South Australia. Join a vibrant, collaborative culture that values clinical excellence and a supportive work environment.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs and PBS practitioners, managing diverse caseloads, emphasising participant empowerment and flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services in the NDIS environment.
• Strong report writing, assessment and documentation skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioural assessments and develop person-centred behaviour support plans.
• Deliver PBS services to NDIS participants and their networks.
• Develop, implement and review behaviour support plans in complex environments.
