Job summary

The role supports NDIS participants across diverse caseloads with dedicated supervision and a multidisciplinary team, with real scope to advance your skills and career across 30+ Australian locations.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Proficient Suitability or above.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in homes, clinics and community settings.
• Be part of a team with intake and clinical leadership to guide complex cases.
• Build long-term relationships and monitor progress with supervision and multidisciplinary support.
• Work across Mount Hawthorn office and various settings to foster client outcomes.
