Job summary

Calvary is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist aged, disability and high-needs clients at home and in the community. You will help with daily living activities and provide essential care with compassion.

Daily routines vary, and you'll work with care plans, visit multiple clients, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role offers salary packaging, parental leave, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care is a minimum qualification.
• Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.
• Ability to work with diverse clients across home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care at home and in the community.
• Follow detailed care plans and instructions from the Client Services Officer.
• Visit multiple clients in a day, with each visit lasting about an hour or two.
