Job summary

Calvary Health Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Sydney, NSW. You will assist diverse clients including aged, disability and high needs with daily living activities at home and in the community.

The role involves following care plans, coordinating with the Client Services Officer and delivering a range of personal care and social support services. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Aged Care (or related field) and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Proficiency with smartphones, email and internet for client coordination.
• Minimum qualification: Certificate III in Aged Care (or related field)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and home care.
• Provide Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care at home and in the community.
• Follow instructions from the Client Services Officer and work with multiple clients per day.
