Prestige Health Services Australia Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an Employment Placement Specialist to deliver job seeking preparation and placement services for referred participants with injuries or health conditions to support host employment, host trials, volunteer work or direct job placement.

The role requires building relationships with host employers, sourcing opportunities, driving travel and maintaining electronic client records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in workplace rehabilitation, disability, employment case management, job placement or recruitment (or equivalent).
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to reverse market and cold canvass to potential employers to source host trials and new employment opportunities.
• Independence and autonomy with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with electronic client record keeping.
• Class C Drivers licence, access to own vehicle and willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing as required

Responsibilities

• Deliver job seeking preparation and job placement services to referred participants with an injury or health condition to support host employment, host trials, volunteer work or direct job placement.
• Build relationships with host employers to source employment opportunities and host trials.
• Travel for face-to-face servicing as required and manage client records.
• Collaborate with the Employment Services team to ensure participant progress and successful job outcomes.
