The Procare Group is seeking an Employment Placement Consultant to join our Sydney team. The role focuses on helping clients with injuries return to work, building relationships with employers and community partners, and delivering supported employment pathways.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Minimum 12 months experience in a Workplace Rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Support people with injuries to return to work.
• Build relationships with employers to generate suitable vacancies.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities.
• Market subsidised programs to incentivise employers.
• Meet clients face-to-face to build confidence and job-seeking skills.
• Liaise with hiring managers on behalf of clients.
• Assist clients with addressing key selection criteria.
• Prepare clients for interviews.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to help clients gainful employment.

We are seeking an Employment Placement Consultant to join our team! Sydney Metro location preferred, however other regional areas will also be considered.

Day to day in the role you will:

• Use your recruitment and career development skills to support people with injuries return to work
• Build relationships with employers and organisations to generate suitable vacancies for our clients

• Meet face to face with clients to build their confidence and independence in job seeking skills
• Liaise with and influence hiring managers on behalf of your clients
• Assist clients with addressing key selection criteria
• Prepare clients for interviews
• Work within a multi disciplinary team to help our clients find gainful and durable employment.

About You:

• Excellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency)
