Job summary

Prestige Health Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Employment Placement Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. You will proactively canvass the job market, promote clients to employers, and build lasting relationships with local businesses to secure meaningful placements.

Your role requires excellent communication, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple placements while meeting targets. Travel around Melbourne and some regional locations is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation services or similar role
• Independence and autonomy with the ability to work in a team environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with electronic client record keeping
• Class C Drivers licence and own vehicle
• Travel around Melbourne and some regional locations is required in the role
