• Build strong relationships with colleagues, employers, learners and partner organisations to maximise employment opportunities.
• Identify and assess individuals’ needs and aspirations to provide tailored employment support.
• Deliver information, advice and guidance in line with Matrix and Gatsby standards.
• Induct and onboard learners, ensuring they understand available support and their employment goals.
• Develop confidence, resilience and motivation to succeed in the world of work.
• Provide one-to-one and group coaching to improve employability skills and progression into work.
• Prepare professional CVs, cover letters and applications; support apprenticeship applications.
• Prepare candidates for interviews using strengths-based recruitment approaches.
