Job summary

Discover My World Pty in the Sutherland Shire is seeking an Early Childhood Educator with ECT qualifications to join our premium centre. You will lead the educational program, mentor team members, and maintain high standards of communication with families and the wider community.

You will collaborate with service leaders and experienced educators to support ongoing quality improvement, ensure ACECQA compliance, and contribute to staff development while delivering engaging, play-based learning.

Qualifications

• Requires ECT, Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood.
