Conexson is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide in-home and SIL support on the Sunshine Coast. Casual shifts offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred.
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Driver's licence with reliable car and insurance.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
• No sponsorships available.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
• Support clients with meal preparation and light household duties.
• Promote independence, dignity, health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress.
