Job summary

Conexson is seeking a Disability Support Worker for casual, flexible shifts in the Brisbane North region, including North Lakes. You will provide in-home care and SIL support within the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of Disability Support or Aged Care experience, a Cert III or equivalent, and current checks. Weekly pay and shift flexibility are offered by Conexson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care.
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Driver's licence + reliable car + Comprehensive Insurance
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Based in Australia

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
• Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance.
• Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress.
