Help at Home by Montefiore in Sydney’s Southern Suburbs seeks motivated Disability Support Workers to assist private clients with complex needs and mental health considerations. The role focuses on delivering personal care, social support and companionship in a private home setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability, be available weekdays and weekends, have a valid driver’s licence with their own vehicle, and be prepared to undergo NDIS Worker Check

Formación

• Experience with complex needs and mental health preferred.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or similar.
• Available during the week and on weekends.
• NDIS Worker Check and National Police Check required.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care (Shower assist, toileting, feeding)
• Manual Handling (Transferring to and from the bed to shower commode)
• Social support and companionship
