Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking compassionate care workers to support clients in their own homes across the Sydney area. This casual role focuses on person-centered care, promoting independence and positive well-being while working with a range of individuals in their local community.

Training and skills development are provided along with flexible hours and opportunities for career progression. Prior experience in aged care or disability is preferred, and a valid driver’s licence is required

Qualifications

• Flexibility with your availability to provide support when needed.
• Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability.
• Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Experience in aged care and/or disability preferred.
• Experience handling challenging behaviours and complex care preferred.
• Knowledge of hoist and manual handling.
• Able to perform bowel care, slide sheets, catheter management and wheelchair assistance.
• Driver Licence and car; travel to clients' homes.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia.
