Job summary

Milestones Early Learning Jimboomba, part of Affinity Education Group, is seeking a Casual Educator to join our supportive team. You’ll gain experience across Affinity centres in the local region while choosing shifts that fit your schedule.

We value flexible hours, a welcoming learning environment, and opportunities to progress to permanent roles. A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred, and a Blue Card is required or obtained.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work casual shifts and varied hours.
• Qualification in early childhood education (Certificate III or Diploma) or actively pursuing it.
• Ability to travel between nearby Affinity centres when required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support learning experiences across different age groups and environments.
• Assist with daily routines, transitions and centre operations.
• Contribute to a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Support documentation and children’s learning journeys.
