Job summary

Milestones Dalby, part of the Affinity Education Group, is seeking casual educators. You will support educators across rooms, build relationships with children and families, and help with daily routines and learning documentation.

Applicants hold or are pursuing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with WWC checks and readiness to travel. Flexible shifts and opportunities for permanent roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold (or be actively working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Flexible and willing to travel between services, with availability for short-notice shifts.
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Have prior experience in a long day care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting educators across different rooms within the centre.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Assisting with daily centre operations and routines.
• Contributing to children’s learning experiences and documentation.
