Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking Casual Early Childhood Educators for the Northern Moreton Bay region (Kallangur, Narangba, Caboolture, Morayfield). Work across multiple centres in a casual pool with flexible hours, no weekend shifts, and Shifts managed via a mobile app.

Earn between 33 and 39 AUD per hour plus casual leave loading. Role involves supporting educators, building relationships with children and families, and contributing to learning outcomes in line with the Early Years Learning

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) is required or you are actively working towards it.
• Flexibility to travel between services in the Northern Moreton Bay region.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Support and collaborate with educators across various learning environments.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and centre operations.
• Contribute to children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Support the documentation of children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You

You’ll bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualification.
• Flexibility to travel between services across the Northern Moreton Bay region.
• Availability to pick up shifts, including at short notice when required.
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a long day care setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
