Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking Casual Educators to join an Ecucator Pool across Milestones Morayfield, Narangba, and Caboolture. You will be able to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle and gain valuable experience across three centres with their own leadership and community connections.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Willingness to travel between Milestones Morayfield, Milestones Narangba, and Milestones Caboolture.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a Long Day Care environment.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and providing exceptional care.

• Support learning experiences across a variety of age groups and rooms.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and centre operations.
• Contribute to children's learning and development through meaningful interactions.
• Support educators with observations and learning documentation.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our centres when additional assistance is needed.

You will:

• Support learning experiences across a variety of age groups and rooms
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and centre operations
• Contribute to children's learning and development through meaningful interactions
• Support educators with observations and learning documentation
• Help create safe, engaging, and nurturing environments for every child

What You'll Bring

To be successful, you'll have:

• A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
• Flexibility to travel between Milestones Morayfield, Milestones Narangba, and Milestones Caboolture
• Availability to accept short-notice shifts when required
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience within a Long Day Care environment
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and providing exceptional care for children
