Qualifications

• Providing high-quality internal and external customer service by telephone, email and in person.
• Proven administrative skills, record keeping, minute-taking and professional correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by phone, email and in person.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain databases, prepare documents.
• Process invoices, raise purchase orders and distribute reports.
• Assist with events or educational campaigns and manage records.
