Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led organisation based in Mornington, Australia. You will design your week with autonomy over your diary, providing supervision tailored to your career stage and focusing on outcomes for NDIS participants across homes, clinics, and community settings.

Based at Mornington, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team with structured supervision and a strong commitment to professional development, including a generous PD budget and a rewarding travel

Qualifications

• PBS Registration with Core Suitability or above.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year's experience within Behaviour Support

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships.
• Backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
