Job summary

K&S Corporation, a leading ASX-listed transport and logistics provider, is seeking a Fleet Controller to direct and optimise daily transport operations across road, rail and sea assets. The role focuses on safe, efficient utilisation of fleet and subcontractors, delivering high levels of customer service while meeting safety and compliance targets.

You will coordinate scheduling, manage movements, monitor fatigue and driver plans, and maintain close communication with drivers and customers

Qualifications

Experience in transport scheduling, fleet control or logistics.
Knowledge of fatigue management and transport compliance.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise competing demands.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily fleet and subcontractor scheduling.
Manage manifests and transport movements.
Monitor driver fatigue compliance and Safe Driver Plans.
Maintain strong communication with drivers and customers.
Investigate service failures and operational incidents.
Ensure compliance with transport laws, accreditation schemes and company policies.
Report delays, incidents and non-conformances promptly.
Support safe, efficient and cost-effective operations.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
