Kangaroo Bus Lines in Burpengary, QLD is seeking Fleet Presentation Team Members (Bus Detailers/Cleaners) for full-time roles. You will keep buses and fleet assets clean, well-presented, and ready for service, working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, detailing or fleet presentation is highly regarded.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug testing.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in workmanship.
• Physically fit for manual tasks and shifts.
• Valid Queensland Driver's Licence (MR preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail buses and fleet assets to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness of onsite facilities and designated areas.
• Operate cleaning machinery safely with training provided.
• Report defects, damage and hazards promptly.
• Prepare vehicles for dispatch within required timeframes.
• Follow PPE and safe work procedures.
• Assist team to ensure readiness of fleet.

Kangaroo Bus Lines is looking for Fleet Presentation Team Members – Bus Detailers/Cleaners to join our team at our Burpengary Depot. We currently have Full-Time positions available.

This role suits someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of presentation.

About the Role

As part of our Fleet Presentation Team, you will play an important role in ensuring our buses, other fleet vehicles, facilities and work areas are clean, well-presented and ready for service.

Working as part of a collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and detailing buses, company vehicles and other fleet assets to a high standard
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of onsite facilities and designated areas
• Cleaning and restocking supplies as required
• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment safely, with training provided
• Reporting vehicle, equipment or property defects, damage and hazards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work procedures
• Assisting team members to ensure vehicles are ready for dispatch within required timeframes
• Following company procedures, including those relating to lost property
• Communicating with other departments and team members, including through the use of a two-way radio
• Working in accordance with all company WHS policies, procedures and legislative requirements
• Undertaking other duties as operationally directed

• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and drug testing requirements

Shift Requirements

This role requires flexibility and availability the following rotating roster:

• AM shifts:
  • o Monday: approx. 4:30am – 12:30pm
  • o Tuesday to Friday: approx. 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Monday to Friday (PM shifts): approx. 1:15pm – 9:15pm
• Saturdays (as rostered): approx. 3:00pm – 6:00pm
