Job summary

Kangaroo Bus Lines is seeking Fleet Presentation Team Members (Bus Detailers/Cleaners) to join our Burpengary Depot in a Full-Time role. The position focuses on keeping buses and fleet assets clean, well-presented and ready for service, within a collaborative team setting.

The role involves hands-on cleaning, detailing, facility upkeep and reporting defects, with training provided. A strong work ethic and pride in presentation are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and detailing buses, company vehicles and other fleet assets to a high standard
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of onsite facilities and designated areas
• Cleaning and restocking supplies as required
• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment safely, with training provided
• Reporting vehicle, equipment or property defects, damage and hazards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work procedures
• Assisting team members to ensure vehicles are ready for dispatch within required timeframes
• Following company procedures, including those relating to lost property
• Communicating with other departments and team members, including through the use of a two-way radio
• Working in accordance with all company WHS policies, procedures and legislative requirements
• Undertaking other duties as operationally directed
