Job summary

365 Building Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Wilco Plumbing is seeking a Fleet & Maintenance Manager in NSW. The role oversees the company vehicle fleet, maintenance expenditure and supplier coordination to ensure reliability and compliance.

You will manage maintenance planning, supplier relationships and lifecycle costs, while maintaining records and improving cost efficiency across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in fleet management or related discipline, with industry experience.
• 2-3 years of fleet operations experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, servicing and repairs to maintain fleet reliability.
• Knowledge of vehicle lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, allocation and availability of the vehicle fleet.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, servicing, inspections and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance history and performance.
• Coordinate vehicle acquisition, replacement and disposal.
• Liaise with mechanical workshops, dealerships, parts suppliers and insurers.
• Oversee vehicle registrations, insurance, servicing and fleet compliance.
• Monitor expenditure on servicing, tyres and fuel; improve cost efficiency.
• Maintain fleet records and systems for usage and servicing.
• Coordinate breakdowns, repairs and replacement vehicles.
• Forecast vehicle requirements with management and project teams.
